Branch Manager

What is expected of you?

• Mentor & manage the team members, delegate tasks, and ensure that the duties are carried out effectively
• Handle issues that may arise from time to time
• Lead and participate in the reviews that may be needed from time to time within the department
• Represent the company in engagements with internal and external stakeholders
• Attend local and international training and meeting as may be required
• Perform various ad hoc duties as may be assigned by the senior management

• An academic background in Banking & Finance, Law, or other related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience working within financial services, preferably in banking
• An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• A team player attitude and have strong interpersonal skills
• A precise and structured approach to work
• Strong leadership & analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction
