Do you want to work in a creative and vibrant marketing environment?  We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager, for one of our Marketing Clients.  If you are organised with an eye for detail, who has experience working in marketing or design, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

  • Collate and assess internal briefs, ensuring the brief is clear and presented in the optimum way for the design team to deliver first class creative work.
  • Working with the Studio Manager to manage the briefing process from brief to asset delivery, produce scheduling timely creative reviews
  • Ensuring Trello, the workflow system, is up to date and providing a real time view on briefs
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of multi-asset campaigns
  • Alongside the Studio Manager, proof, and review work prior to sharing with stakeholders
  • Ensure the created assets are saved in the DAM and manage the catalogue of assets within the DAM to ensure ease of use and consistency for Users.
  • Act as a point of contact with internal/external project stakeholders

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exceptionally organised with great co-ordination skills
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships across the business and externally with agencies and suppliers
  • Ability to ensure delivery of projects within agreed timeframe
  • Ability to cope with changing priorities and tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent software skills required – Microsoft applications and Windows
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills – ability to create Master templates
  • A working knowledge of Trello, as well as Adobe systems considered an advantage
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a production environment
  • Ability to understand client briefs and communicate the briefs clearly to team creatives.
  • Ability to manage own workload in a busy and challenging environment often with short turnaround times.
  • An interest in design with a good knowledge of design standards and working practices.
  • Pro-active, self-sufficient, organised and a fast learner.
  • Social media (IG/FB/TikTok/Twitter) and SEO channel awareness + understanding of formats and creative best practice
  • Experience working in an agency or in-house graphic design studio in a production/co-ordination/traffic management role (ideal)
