What is expected of you?

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel's maintenance activities
Prioritize and adjust tasks based on urgency and schedules, providing clear instructions for efficient work execution
Plan and coordinate in-house and outsourced maintenance projects, ensuring timelines are met and tasks are executed effectively
Regularly report the progress of ongoing works to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate with other department heads on cross-departmental projects that may impact operations
Review and sign purchase orders and invoices for materials required for maintenance tasks
Evaluate material and outsourced work quotes to obtain the best prices and ensure cost-effective solutions

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
Technical education at an HTD level or equivalent
Local Electrical License A is required
Familiarity with the latest HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems
Knowledge of Hotel related Systems such as BMS (Building Management System) and RMS (Room Management System)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
Ability to effectively communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for clear understanding
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills related to work issues
