What is expected of you?

  • Co-manage daily operations with the Hotel Manager, enforcing hotel policies and procedures
  • Delegate to HODs, ensuring excellence in their performance and overall operations
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and OTA sites, targeting a minimum 9.0 rating
  • Set targets, KPIs, schedules, and policies for efficiency and guest delight
  • Nurture teamwork and motivation through open communication among staff
  • Enforce health and safety regulations for guest and employee security
  • Provide regular sales, productivity, and operational reports to management
  • Lead operations meetings and briefings in the Hotel Manager's absence
  • Ensure strict adherence to standards and SOPs for seamless operations
  • Align goals with the Group’s brand for collective success
  • Foster owner loyalty through clear communication and solid results
  • Assist the Hotel Manager in key property initiatives and projects
  • Develop managers and high-potential employees through development plans
  • Elevate service quality and sustain high customer satisfaction
  • Any other day-to-day duties as may be required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous experience in food and beverage management within multi-outlet environments
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, paired with attentive listening abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, excelling in fast-paced settings
  • Great organizational prowess, ability to prioritise, and problem-solving skills with unwavering attention to detail
  • A mature, affable team player with outstanding interpersonal finesse
  • Proficient in a range of software (MS Office, restaurant management tools, POS systems)
  • Be up-to-date with hospitality trends and industry best practices
