What's expected of you?

Application Support:
- Assist our clients with day-to-day queries and issues related to their Odoo implementations.
- Provide expert advice and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the technical and functional teams to resolve complex cases.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Design and execute test cases for Odoo projects to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Perform regression testing and report bugs or anomalies.
- Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.

What are you expected to bring?

Experience: Prior exposure to Odoo implementations is preferred. However, experience with any other ERP system will also be considered a strong asset.
Education: A degree in computing, IT, or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and great attention to detail.
Language: Fluent English communication skills are a must.
