What is expected of you?

Liaise with investors and review their trades
Process investors' requests, orders, and subscriptions in accordance with the regulations
Complete AML checks on shareholder accounts
Maintain the shareholder register
Provide reports of shareholder activity to Fund Managers
Other duties that might arise within the department

What are you expected to bring?

A qualification in AML/Compliance will be considered an asset
A minimum of 2 years experience in a fund administration and/or an AML role
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Great communication skills
Good administrative and business support skills
Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Word and Excel
