A renowned client of ours, operating within the Gaming Industry, is seeking to recruit an AML Administrator to join  fast-paced and changing environment. What is expected of you?

  • Provide general administrative support to the Anti-Money Laundering Unit
  • Liaise with all concerned including regulatory bodies on matters pertinent to AML/CFT
  • Responsible for updating registers, calendars and logs maintained by the AML Unit and updating the company’s database
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist the AML Executives/Officers with organising and structuring of examination files
  • Ensure that all files and folders are adequately named and organised in line with the AML Unit’s record keeping policy
  • Monitor and sort the AML Unit’s mailboxes
  • Assist the Anti-Money Laundering Unit with all administrative and record keeping tasks
  • Coordinate with the AML/CFT initiatives and meetings as required by the AML management and operations procedures
  • Conduct other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • A diploma level of education
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative function
  • Experience in a similar role within a compliance setting will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Outlook, Word, and  Excel
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
