What's expected of you?

Be the main contact for customers needing aftersales support, swiftly handling inquiries and resolving issues
Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits, repairs, and inspections with technicians and clients
Keep accurate records of service contracts, warranties, and customer communications
Process service requests, quotations, and invoices for aftersales activities
Ensure compliance with service agreements and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Work with procurement to secure spare parts and consumables for service needs
Stay informed on industry regulations and product updates to provide accurate client support
Support the development and execution of aftersales strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention

What are you expected to bring?

Experience in aftersales, customer service, or administrative roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP system knowledge is a plus
Strong ability to work independently and within a team
Understanding of fire and safety equipment or a willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Basic verbal communication or understanding of Maltese
