Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

What’s expected of you?

• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of affiliate partners
• Thorough understanding of media performance and industry benchmarks
• Analytical knowledge of affiliate program efficiency and affiliate performance
• Create monthly promotions and communications for affiliate marketers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners, identifying and cultivating top performers
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
• Work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets
• Represent the company at industry events
• Keep updated on industry trends
• Ad hoc duties related to the role

What are you expected to bring?

• Two years’ plus experience in affiliation and broad experience in the iGaming industry
• Innovative with excellent negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and you take pride in delivering top results
• Excellent written and verbal English, a second language is considered a plus
• Positive and enthusiastic with a can do -attitude
• You’re a strong team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge
