What is expected of you?

  • Provide clients with an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle e-mails and phone calls professionally
  • Handle mail, and couriers, maintain manual and electronic records accordingly
  • Be responsible for the filing, archiving, scanning, and photocopying of documents
  • Perform general secretarial and office duties
  • Perform reception duties as required
  • Be the first point of contact for the clients
  • Liaise and handle any urgent queries
  • Support of other colleagues within the department as and when required
  • Create excel and word reports when needed

  • Possess clean police conduct certificate
  • Be proficient in typing and familiar with Microsoft Office applications

  • Be flexible in terms of tasks to be carried out
  • Be capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision
