Administrative Assistant Reception

What is expected of you?

  • Take and transfer telephone calls professionally and courteously
  • Send online ticket to the employee’s inbox if they are unable to respond
  • Provide callers appropriate company information
  • Greet all visitors with a friendly disposition
  • Provide directions and maintain staff and department directories for visitors
  • Keep the security of the office in place by adhering to the protocols
  • Deals with all interactions with Couriers
  • Maintain record of all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keep the reception area secure and tidy by following protocols, norms, and regulations
  • Help with additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Deputy CEO and COO.

What are you expected to bring?

  • Education equivalent to a diploma
  • Proven experience in a customer care related role
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has leadership and team working skills
  • Has an initiative to take responsibility to one’s action
