What’s expected of you?

  • Perform general secretarial and office duties
  • Issue invoices and input timesheets
  • Set up appointments
  • Edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain manual and electronic records
  • Do scanning and photocopying
  • Prepare the boardrooms for meetings
  • Attend meetings with clients

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Have a good level of education
  • Be proficient in typing
  • Have a sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Be eager to learn and ready to work as part of a team
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Possess strong communication skills in English
