Administration Officer

We’re looking for an Administration Officer in the PET line to join the dynamic team of one of our clients, a leading distribution company in Malta. If you are eager to make your mark on the team, Ceek would love to hear from you!


What's expected of you?


  • Create and manage personnel rosters, ensuring timely communication to staff, and employ Indigo or similar systems for rostering, scheduling, attendance, and leave management

  • Provide handover instructions to the Process Leader, assisting in preparing and updating production plans, and generate required reports for production planning

  • Support the superior in creating the production schedule, coordinating plant maintenance and cleaning, and collecting maintenance-related data

  • Utilise company software like ERP and EIT to initiate and finalise production jobs, collecting daily data on production key performance indicators, such as wastages and raw material variances 

  • Consolidate and generate monthly reports identifying noteworthy trends to the immediate supervisor

  • Aid process managers in collecting and structuring data and documentation, including record sheets


What are you expected to bring?


  • A minimum A level or Diploma standard of education in a related field

  • Previous experience in a technical environment

  • Proven Excel skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Strong coordination and organizational abilities coupled with proficient negotiation skills

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently, contributing to team efforts in formulating relevant policies and procedures
