What is expected of you?

Support the organization in optimizing financial transactions and systems for maximum efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers by ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Assist in streamlining and enhancing the accounts payable process for improved performance.
Uphold integrity and confidentiality in all financial reporting activities.
Adhere to Group Policies and standards in all tasks.
Review invoices to ensure proper documentation before processing payments.
Perform bank account reconciliations accurately and promptly.
Sort, code, and input accounts payable data into the system.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and unpaid amounts.
Maintain and organize vendor records systematically.
Monitor and manage creditor balances effectively.
Oversee the management of petty cash transactions and reconciliations.

What are you expected to bring?

Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
Familiarity with day-to-day finance functions and processes.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Capable of meeting tight deadlines and performing under pressure when necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a good command of grammar
