What is expected of you?

Plan the accounting, tax, and audit liaison work
Mentor and guide team members to develop skills and capabilities
Draft management accounts and financial statements
Take responsibility for a select portfolio of clients including accounting, income tax, and VAT
Develop and maintain training plans to improve the team’s performance
Ensure that all the deadlines are met accordingly
Interact with international clients when needed
Carry out any ad-hoc duty that might be required from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

At least 5 years’ experience in an accounting environment of which at least 2 years are within Corporate Services
Previous experience in the preparation of IFRS and GAPSME financial statements
Full proficiency in English
To be a part or a fully qualified accountant
Strong analytical and leadership skills
Excellent reporting and communication abilities
