Accounts Manager

A boutique licensed accounting with more than 50 years of related experience is looking to hire a professional Accounts Manager to lead its growing team.

What is expected of you?

• Plan the accounting, tax, and audit liaison work
• Mentor and guide team members to develop skills and capabilities
• Draft management accounts and financial statements
• Take responsibility for a select portfolio of clients including accounting, income tax, and VAT
• Develop and maintain training plans to improve the team’s performance
• Ensure that all the deadlines are met accordingly
• Interact with international clients when needed
• Carry out any ad-hoc duty that might be required from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

• At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment of which at least 1 years are within Corporate Services
• Previous experience in the preparation of IFRS and GAPSME financial statements
• Full proficiency in English
• To be a part or a fully qualified accountant
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent reporting and communication abilities
