Accounts Clerk - Reduced

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and meticulous Accounts Clerk to join a dynamic and growing team on a reduced-hours basis. What is expected of you?

• Inputting purchases into the accounting system
• Reconciling supplier statements and assisting in preparing payments
• Inputting bank transactions
• Issuing invoices, inputting sales invoices into the accounting system
• Chasing of debtors
• Performing daily cash reconciliations
• Holding the office petty cash, processing receipts, and preparing reports and post
• Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

What are you expected to bring?

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
• The ability to work efficiently within a team as well as individually
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken
