Accounts Administrator

Are you eager to join a leading supplier for furnishings and accessories to both domestic and contract sectors? Do you have at least 1 year accounting experience in Malta? If so, do not miss this opportunity as we at Ceek are looking for an Accounts Administrator.

What is expected of you?
  • Daily duties such as issuing invoices, quotations, and ordering
  • Review and handle stock taking
  • Respond to customers or shippers queries, or in some cases complaints
  • Prepare purchase orders and examine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for transport
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers and other 3rd party organisation
  • Track goods en route to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays
  • Ensure shipping, handling, and other related costs are calculated accurately and passed onto the customers

 

What are you expected to bring?
  • At least 1 year accounting experience in Malta
  • Have a sound understanding of commercial enterprise and be familiar with basic accounting
  • Be an excellent communicator in English and Maltese
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be diligent in your work and be highly organized
  • Attention to detail and has good negotiation skills
  • A team player who can also work on their own under minimum supervision
