Ready for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a full-time Accounts Administrator (Payables) to join the finance team of an established company in Malta. If you have a minimum of one year’s experience, and an A level in Accounting or similar qualification, we want to hear from you!

 

What’s expected of you?

  • Process and update supplier invoices
  • Prepare and enter payments in the accounting system
  • Maintain filing of invoices and any other documentation
  • Reconcile suppliers’ statements
  • Submit monthly reports
  • Perform ad-hoc duties that may arise from time to time

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum ‘A’ level in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in an accounting environment
  • Excellent written and spoken Maltese and English
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Good time management and organisational skills
