Are you an ambitious candidate willing to invest your time in advancing your career? Do you have strong administrative and organisational skills? We are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant, for one of our clients. If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests addressed to the department
  • Manage and address communication such as handling phone, emails, and face to face with clients
  • Maintain, organize, modify, update files, records, and systems pertaining to or used by the department
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Fill out policy forms and other documents as required
  • Perform any other day to day administrative work as required
  • Carry out duties assigned by the Department Head and Compliance Department Manager

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Ordinary Level Standard of Education
  • ECDL qualification
  • Strong communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Knowledge of MS applications, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
