Are you seeking a new challenge within a dynamic environment? An international online travel agency is looking to recruit an Accountant to join their growing team on a full-time or reduced-hours basis. If you aspire to grow in your career, this might be the right role for you!

 

What is expected of you?

  • Utilizing documentation to verify, record, and manage transactions effectively
  • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive records, encompassing ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and supply-related information
  • Overseeing and enhancing the reconciliation function and relationships within the Group Company
  • Strategizing and organizing personal workload and team priorities to meet internal and external targets and deadlines efficiently
  • Serving as a knowledgeable resource on bookkeeping and addressing complex technical matters
  • Providing coaching and guidance to less experienced team members
  • Willingness to assist in additional duties upon request
  • Conducting monthly audits of service sales and purchase invoices posted in the Logo Tiger accounting software
  • Perform any other ad-hoc requirements that might be assigned from time-to-time from senior management

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and up-to-date knowledge of financial legislation.
  • Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with bookkeeping software
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Capability to precisely and effectively analyze data
  • Great leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the team
