What is expected of you?

Daily expense/supplier posting
Maintenance of general ledger
Monthly management reporting of financial data and donation analysis
Work closely with the fundraising team
Perform month-end procedures and reconciliations
Issue payments such as payroll and vendor invoices
Manage the Foundation’s donations and report on funds when needed
Carry out end-of-year reporting for the organization
Prepare the annual projects or budgets and assist with long-term forecasts while collaborating with the management team
Be the point of contact for employment contracts, local authorities, audit firms, international expansion projects, etc…
Carry out any other ad-hoc duty that may be assigned by senior management

What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in an NGO environment is considered an asset
Ability to work in a team and individually with minimum supervision
Great analytical and organizational skills
Possess high-level work ethics and professional integrity
