What is expected of you?
Conduct data entry and maintain records for several related entities
Perform detailed reconciliation of bank accounts denominated in multiple currencies
Accurately post accounting entries and transactions into Sage accounting software
Manage suppliers' invoices, ensuring accurate reconciliation of balances
Process invoices and expense forms for payment, including setup in online banking systems
Assist in analyzing quarterly management accounts, identifying and investigating deviations from budget and prior periods
Support the preparation of annual financial statements
Assist in the consolidation process across entities
Coordinate with external auditors, preparing necessary audit documentation and information
Prepare and review various ad hoc reports and reconciliations as required
What are you expected to bring?
Possess a relevant accounting qualification (university degree, ACCA in progress)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
At least 3 years of pertinent experience
Skillful in prioritizing workload and managing multiple tasks effectively
Demonstrating teamwork in a small office setting, able to support colleagues
Capable of performing under time constraints
Effective written and oral communication skill
Possessing an analytical mindset
