What's expected of you?

Validate and compile vital documentation for setting up clients
Lead clients through the onboarding process, handling queries, and providing essential support
Perform company secretarial tasks for clients, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations
Supervise duties related to annual returns, share transfers, and the management of corporate records
Play a crucial role in VAT compilation processes, ensuring precision and timely completion
Stay informed about relevant VAT regulations and updates
Oversee accounting functions for a designated client portfolio
Ensure rigorous adherence to accounting standards and regulatory guidelines
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and reporting for assigned clients

What are you expected to bring?

Be a fully or part qualified Accountant
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a comparable role in Malta
Demonstrate a robust comprehension of accounting principles and practices
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in accounting software and the MS Office suite is essential
Showcase the ability to collaborate seamlessly in a team and work independently when necessary
