What is expected of you?

  • Welcome and receive foreign recruits at the airport and arrange transportation to their accommodations
  • Ensure that tenants adhere to the company's established rules and regulations by conducting regular inspections and reporting any violations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant movements, including any changes in accommodation tenancy
  • Collect readings from water and electricity meters
  • Address employee complaints and requests professionally and promptly
  • Be available for emergency responses during after-hours and weekends as per the on-call schedule
  • Ensure that company apartments are equipped with essential items such as cutlery, linen, crockery, and glassware
  • Collaborate with third-party contractors to maintain cleaning and maintenance standards
  • Develop cleaning and maintenance schedules for each apartment
  • Conduct re-inspections and inventory checks before new occupants move in

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • An O Level of education
  • Hold a Category B driver's license
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language
  • Exhibit problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
